Paul Russell Johnson is a capitol rioter who assaulted a police officer and capitol grounds. He threw a metal barricade at an officer, who was eventually knocked unconscious. The officer was taken to the hospital moments later.
Johnson faces five felony charges involving the riots, one of which includes bodily injury and assault on police officers.
