Peter Thomas Anthony Manuel (March 13^th, 1927 - July 11^th, 1958) was an American-born Scottish serial killer and rapist. Active in the late 1950's, Peter Manuel claimed the lives of nine individuals in Lanarkshire and Southern Scotland. After his arrest on January 13, 1958, Peter was found guilty of his crimes and sentenced to death. Manuel was executed via hanging on July 11, 1958 in Glasgow, Scotland.
