Peter Schwartz is an extremist who assaulted a police officer during the 2021 United States Capitol storming. He was responsible for macing and throwing a folding chair at a police officer, stealing the officer's baton. He later bragged on Facebook that he participated in the riots.
He has pleaded guilty to assault crimes in December 2022.
