Rafael Trujillo
Rafael Trujillo was the tyrannical dictator of the Dominican Republic for a period of time. He started in 1930 when he ran the bloodiest coup in the Americas and many considered him to be the "worst murderer since Cortez". One of his many evil actions included a specific massacre in which mostly children were murdered. He was executed in 1961.
