Richard Lee Harris is a QAnon adherent who stormed the capitol on January 6, 2021.
Harris is an avid participant at Trump rallies, having attended a local one previously in Salem. Although Harris is not affiliated with far-right groups, he still believed that the 2020 presidential election was rigged and that he was one of many to believe that Donald Trump was the true winner of the election.
He was pictured vandalizing and standing on top of a Gerald Ford statue in the capitol, placing a MAGA hat and a "Trump 2020" flag on it. He was also heard to be shouting and assaulting capitol officers inside the building.
