Robert "Bobby" Gladden Jr. (August 5th, 1997 - ) was the shooter responsible for the Perry Hall High school shooting that left 1 student injured before he was subdued by 3 nearby school district members.

On August 27th, 2012, Robert attended two classes before entering a bathroom near the cafeteria where students were having lunch. Inside the bathroom, Robert assembled a shotgun from inside his backpack.
As he left the bathroom, he pulled it out and fired a shot in the direction of a lunch table, injuring a special needs student critically. He was subdued by 2 teachers and a school district member and forced to the wall near the vending machines.
During the struggle, Gladden Jr. fired a shot into the ceiling but the shot did not injure anybody.

Robert Gladden Jr. had depression and suicidal thoughts and wanted to take out others before himself, stated during interrogation.
It was also stated that Robert had an interest in the Columbine shooters, as well as additionally having an addiction to drugs.
Aftermath edit
Robert Gladden Jr. was found guilty of attempted murder and was originally sentenced to a life sentence but was reduced to 35 years in prison.
