Rouba is the Chief Of Staff of Jacob Zuma, The President Of South Africa. Rouba was born in Jamaica and moved to South Africa to help Nelson Mandela topple Apartheid at the age of 19 in 1987. Rouba then accepted her position in the African National Congress in 1987. Rouba helped Jacob Zuma illegally purchase weapons from other countries, using taxpayer funds to enrich himself, and rigging elections. After Jacob Zuma resigned from his position as the President Of South Africa, Rouba was put on trial for helping Jacob Zuma with his corrupt deeds and abuse of power. Rouba was then exiled to Madagascar in 2019, a year after Jacob Zuma resigned from his position in 2018.
