Biography edit

Son of a poor couple, he worked as a child in Guamúchil in the manufacture of bricks for construction, a company that supported the family made up of 9 children. He traveled to Tijuana in the mid-1990s in search of better living conditions.

According to him, his criminal life began when he found out that his sister had been raped by members of a criminal organization in the area, so he joined the Teodoro Simental alias "El Teo", theTijuana Cartel, a criminal organization led by the Arellano Félix brothers, with the aim of assassinating rapists. He ended up working for the cartel, being in charge of dissolving his enemies with acid or caustic soda, work he carried out on different properties (La Gallera, Maclovio Rojas, Ojo de Agua, and Loma Bonita among other places), just outside of Tijua na during, from 2000 to 2009, the year of his capture.

Arrest edit

On January 22, 2009, he was captured by the military in the Baja Season's neighborhood in Tijuana, in a house where he had been partying wildly for several days. His immediate boss, Teodoro García Simental, and 30 other people escaped from the scene.
