Sean Patrick Flanagan (1961 - June 23rd, 1989) was a former marine that was responsible for murdering two homosexual men. He was captured two days after, where he confessed into the murders.
He later revealed that the reason for his discrimination against gay people was because he was ashamed of his own homosexuality and conjured up the delusion that killing them would do "society a service."
He was executed by lethal injection on June 23rd, 1989.
