'''Serhiy Hrynevetsky''' is a Ukrainian Politician who had previously served as the Governor of Odessa Oblast from 1998 to 2005 and from 2020 to 2022 and a member of the  Verkhovna Rada from 2007 until 2014, and is currently the Deputy of the Odesa Regional Council.

First appointed to office by political ally [[Leonid Kuchma]] Hrynevetsky had worked alongside him and implemented many of his policies, during his time in office Gang Violence and Drug Trade rose, and the oblast saw a general decline in the quality of life, he left office in 2005 with the people having a divided opinion on him, and went on to serve as a member of the Verkhovna Rada from 2007 until 2014, in 2020 he was re-appointed as Governor by Volodymyr Zelensky, however he was dismissed in 2022, however he still serves as the deputy of the regional council, meaning he still has power.
