Sexual harassment

Sexual harassment consists of any unwelcome sexual attention someone can receive anywhere. It is a type of discrimination based on sex, and it is illegal. Sexual harassment can be expressed in a variety of ways such as comments about your body or sexual activity, sexual jokes, requests for sexual favors, dating pressure, groping, grabbing, unfavorable stars, posters that demean women or even men, sexual assault, or rape. A harasser can be an employer, supervisor, co-worker, classmate or customer, anyone on the street, and can be of the same or opposite sex as you.
