Shana Elliott is a former Texas State University student who was responsible for severely injuring a married couple during a drunk driving accident in 2016.

Elliott crashed into a vehicle while drunk driving, killing Fabian Guerrero-Moreno. Fabian's wife, Kristian Guerrero, survived with serious injuries including a brain bleed, but her unborn baby whom she was pregnant wife perished from the accident as well. Police pulled over Elliott, who was driving intoxicated from a pool party. Her BAC level was found to be at a high level of 0.199.

Elliott was convicted and sentenced to 14 years in prison. It was revealed she was on probation for drug charges, and had a history of coping with insecurities via drug addiction.
