The incident started when Hubbard pulled over Dixon-Cole for a DUI conviction. Hubbard ordered her to do multiple sobriety tests and revoked two full bottles and an open cup of alcohol in her car when she was suspected of driving under the influence. However, the incident later escalated when she told fellow friend and social justice advocate [[Shaun King]] that Hubbard kidnapper, groped, and raped her during the incident. However, all of Hubbard's conduct was recorded on video, and zero evidence of Hubbard harassing Dixon-Cole was proven true. She was later arrested but eventually released from jail after her family bailed her out.
