Three organizations were charged with [https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BF%A1%E7%94%A8%E6%AF%80%E6%90%8D%E7%BD%AA%E3%83%BB%E6%A5%AD%E5%8B%99%E5%A6%A8%E5%AE%B3%E7%BD%AA#%E6%A5%AD%E5%8B%99%E5%A6%A8%E5%AE%B3%E7%BD%AA forcible obstruction to business], and the school was charged with violation of the [https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%83%BD%E5%B8%82%E5%85%AC%E5%9C%92%E6%B3%95 city park law].
