*Probably one of the best examples of slavophobia in practice was the [[Nazi Party]]'s ''[[Generalplan Ost]]'', which was a [[Genocide|genocidal]] plan to colonize Eastern and Central Europe by eradicating all Slavic peoples living in those regions. This was part of the Nazi Party's policy of ''Lebensraum'' ("living space"), as the Nazis believed that a majority of the land located in that region of Europe rightfully belonged to Germany. Though parts of ''Generalplan Ost'' were implemented during [[World War II]] alongside [[the Holocaust]], the plan was never fully realized after the collapse of Nazi Germany at the end of World War II.

*The infamous cartoons ''Family Guy'' and ''The Simpsons'' have had various Slavic ethnic slurs in many different episodes.
