Specifications for Warranting a Page/Domestic abuse

Domestic abuse should be considered very broadly. Anybody who not only uses violence domestically but also other techniques of abuse like stalking and psychological torture can get a page. A person's home and family world should be safe. If somebody is convicted of making sure it isn't, that somebody gets a page.

Some rare exceptions might be where a person briefly and minorly snaps in response to discovering something terrible. For example, in one British case a man came home to find his adult wife in bed with a 14-year-old child. He lost control and slapped her, receiving an official warning from police. What he did was wrong but not heinous but his wife's actions were sex abuse. She went to prison.
