Specifications for Warranting a Page/Drug trafficking

Drug trafficking is the act of smuggling Illegal Drugs with the purpose of selling them. Please note that while trafficking or selling these drugs does warrant a page, taking them does not, as drug addicts are generally seen more as victims than criminals. Being caught in possession of drugs would also not warrant a page, unless their was evidence of intent to sell.
