Specifications for Warranting a Page/Kidnapping

Kidnapping means using force or threat of force to take somebody away against their will. False imprisonment is the same except you are holding that person in the same place and not letting them go. These are crimes which need to be thought through and at the very least take time. This makes it hard for there to be any exception.
