Specifications for Warranting a Page/War crimes

War crimes and crimes against humanity are some of the most serious crimes possible. They are so serious they are defined internationally and often prosecuted in major tribunals that focus on heads of state and other top-level figures. If somebody is found guilty of any of these there can be no exceptions to adding them.
