Agreed.

If a person did something wrong and they are proved to be insane or mentally distured that dosen't make them entirely evil.

The people who are truly evil are the ones who kill for nothing but satsfaction.

And I know that that should be classed as a mental problem but they obviously have killed before getting it else how did they get addicted?

(Some people could of course be born with it so they arn't entirely evil either)
