It would be easier to answer this if you explained why you think he shouldn't be. If you're referring to the villains part, he is listed for the murder of his brother. If you are referring to the real life part, we include villains from mythology and theology. It would be unfair to confine people's religious beliefs to the wiki for fictional villains.
