Trevor Heitmann

Trevor James Heitmann (February 18, 2000 - August 23, 2018), better known online as McSkillet (or OG McSkillet), was an American YouTuber who had made videos involving the video game Counter Strike: Global Offensive, including commentaries, tutorials and top lists. He died due to a suicide car crash, in which he also took the lives of 2 other people inside the car he collided with.
Career edit
Trevor used to run a successful YouTube channel under the username McSkillet. His popularity was led by his trading and collection of rare CS:GO skins. However, he was banned in early 2018 from trading skins by the game's developer, Valve. The ban cut him off from his collection, believed to be valued from $100,000 to $200,000 at the time, and created an issue with his ability to continue producing sponsored videos.
Mental issues edit
Five days before the accident, Trevor's parents claimed that he said he was having a meltdown. He was also linked to an incident at Ashley Falls Elementary School in Carmel Valley before the crash, in which several students said that he drove the car through a fence after which he got out of the car and broke a window at the school, although no classes were in session. Trevor told his mother he had driven 150 miles per hour the wrong way in a 25 mile per hour zone, according to the autopsy report. When his father asked him what he thought would happen if police caught him, he replied that “neither the police nor their bullets could hurt him".
He also cried and said he was having a "breakdown" the morning of the crash before sleeping for four hours. His parents told to the Medical Examiner’s Office that he was behaving irrationally when he woke up.
Death edit
On the crowded I-805 highway in San Diego, California, Trevor drove 100 mph in his 2015 McLaren 650S on the wrong side of the road, and collided head-on with a 2010 Hyundai SUV, killing himself and a 43-year-old mother and her 12-year-old daughter, named Aileen Pizarro and Aryana Pizarro respectively. His initial autopsy showed that Trevor did not attempt to swerve before hitting the SUV, and toxicology tests did not detect any alcohol or common drugs in his system. Trevor is said to have died due to blunt force trauma, and the crash was ruled accidental by officials.
During the day, his parents requested a psychiatric evaluation to San Diego Police to request a psychiatric evaluation, which was declined since Trevor had not broken any laws as medical examiners reported.
A GoFundMe account for the Pizarro family raised more than $67,000 as a result of the deaths of Aileen and Aryana, well above its $5,000 goal[1].
In August 2020, a body camera footage was released in which Trevor's father and mother, and Dr. Rusher asked police officers to hospitalize him before his death[2].
Tribute edit
Trevo's logo appears as an easter egg in CS:GO's Operation Broken Fang, in the bomb defusal map Engage which was set in a car factory, as the company logo of "Mass Cars" situated on the grille of all the cars, and the walls on the map[3].
