He died due to a suicide car crash, in which he also took the lives of 2 other people inside the car he collided with.

== Career ==
Trevor used to run a successful YouTube channel under the username McSkillet. His popularity was led by his trading and collection of rare ''CS:GO'' skins. However, he was banned in early 2018 from trading skins by the game's developer, [[W:Valve Corporation|Valve]]. The ban cut him off from his collection, believed to be valued from $100,000 to $200,000 at the time, and created an issue with his ability to continue producing sponsored videos.

== Mental issues ==
Five days before the accident, Trevor's parents claimed that he said he was having a meltdown. He was also linked to an incident at Ashley Falls Elementary School in [[W:Carmel Valley, California|Carmel Valley]] before the crash, in which several students said that he drove the car through a fence after which he got out of the car and broke a window at the school, although no classes were in session. Trevor told his mother he had driven 150 miles per hour the wrong way in a 25 mile per hour zone, according to the autopsy report. When his father asked him what he thought would happen if police caught him, he replied that “neither the police nor their bullets could hurt him".

He also cried and said he was having a "breakdown" the morning of the crash before sleeping for four hours. His parents told to the Medical Examiner’s Office that he was behaving irrationally when he woke up.

== Death ==
On the crowded I-805 highway in [[W:San Diego|San Diego]], [[W:California|California]], Trevor drove 100 mph in his 2015 [[W:McLaren 650S|McLaren 650S]] on the wrong side of the road, and collided head-on with a 2010 [[W:Hyundai|Hyundai]] SUV, killing himself and a 43-year-old mother and her 12-year-old daughter, named Aileen Pizarro and Aryana Pizarro respectively. His initial autopsy showed that Trevor did not attempt to swerve before hitting the SUV, and toxicology tests did not detect any alcohol or common drugs in his system. Trevor is said to have died due to blunt force trauma, and the crash was ruled accidental by officials.

During the day, his parents requested a psychiatric evaluation to San Diego Police to request a psychiatric evaluation, which was declined since Trevor had not broken any laws as medical examiners reported.
