Real-Life Villains

I have watched the categories, and found that there are several problems:

  1. In Category:The Most Powerful Villains in History, the standard "Using lethal force against the universe" is not suitable to "real life villains" since the human beings are mostly in the earth.
  2. Since there are countries which do not use the title "President" and "Category:Head of State" may be more suitable rather than Category:Presidents.
  3. Category:Mentally Ill should not be added to someone who simply holds highly controversial ideologies such as "totalitarian politicians".
  4. According to the definition of Category:Dark Priest, it may not suitable to describe politicians. Also, I have found little difference of Category:God Wannabe, Category:Dark Messiah and Category:Dark Priest only by their descriptions.
  5. Category:Misanthropes may be overused since some highly controversial politicians are labeled by "Misanthropes". Even if some of them has racism or certain extreme views, it is still not enough for standard of Misanthropes since Misanthropes is villains who "hold contemptuous feelings for humanity as a whole".
  6. Most of the categories are used to label people, organizations, events and ideologies. This may cause confusion.
