I know that the real worlds individuals are rarely morally black or white, and we often only see real life villains as "Evil". But there are some villains in the history who have expressed remorse for their actions or even redeemed themselves. Should there e a page for people who are Pure Evil.: meaning that they would NEVER be redeemable, remorseful, capable of empathy or love (if they claim to "love" anyone, it would just be for perversion or obsession), etc.
