Wayne Williams (May 27t, 1958 - ) aka the Atlanta child murderer is a serial killer who murdered teenage boys in Atlanta city from 1981 to 1982 however his case has been criticized for being largely circumstantial. He was convicted of two murders and was sentenced to life imprisonment
