Augustus Cornelius Romain Jr, also known as Gazi Kodzo or Commander Gazi (June 23, 1991-) is a black supremacist and the leader of the Black Hammer Party. He gained notoriety on the internet for his multiple caucasiophobic statements, including saying that white people should not adopt black kids, that cop killers are black heroes, and that all white people are racist. He also openly admitted to being anti-semitic in a YouTube livestream. He also made anti-Ukrainian comments on his YouTube channel. His actions online made him receive the nickname "Black Hitler".

In July 2022, Augustus and other Black Hammer Party members kidnapped 2 men and held them captive in a home. One of the kidnapped men called 911 to report the kidnapping. When officers responded, they removed nine people from the home, but one person remained inside, prompting a SWAT team to deploy at the scene and a six-hour standoff to ensure. Authorities eventually entered the home and found 18 year old Amonte T. Ammons, who participated in the kidnapping, dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. The police arrested Augustus and another man, 21 year old Xavier Rushin. They were both charged with kidnapping, aggravated sodomy, aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit a felony, criminal street gang activity and false imprisonment. Augustus and Xavier have yet to receive their sentences.
