Dylan Fogarty

Dylan Fogarty is an Irish man convicted of assault, domestic abuse, harassment and criminal damage.

In October 2018 Fogarty, while drunk, attacked his pregnant girlfriend Danielle Powell and bit her on the face before throwing her across the room. He also attacked her again in April 2019 and beat her, as well as attacking her in her house and damaging a plasterboard wall. Powell eventually broke up with him, but he began making threatening calls to her, at one point claiming he would burn down her house if she didn't come back.

Fogarty was eventually arrested in November 2019 after a drunken altercation during which he broke a man's nose and bit a chunk out of his neck for bumping into him. After Fogarty's arrest the police found out about his crimes against Danielle Powell and charged him with two counts of assault, one count of criminal damage and several other counts of harassment. He pleaded guilty to all counts and received two concurrent three-year prison sentences.
