Michael Sparks is a rioter who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. Sparks was responsible for destroying one of the capitol windows, ultimately being the first rioter to successfully enter in that window before many other rioters followed suit.
Sparks was a 43-year-old religious husband and father. However, signs of his sanity slipping were evident in his everyday reactions to Donald Trump's loss on social media. Sparks' pastors had warned him to restrain himself from social media, as they had witnessed that Sparks made remarks saying that gthe news of Trump's loss "made him want to kill people".
Sparks was eventually arrested and charged for his crimes. Not long after he was charged, he deleted his Facebook profile.
