Ruslan Akhtyamov (1996 - 2022) is a Russian man who perpetrated the Veshkayma Kindergarden shooting. He had been dealing with mentally illness prior to the shooting.

Biography

Prior to the shooting he was a huge gun lover. As described by his father he was a keen rifleman. He often went to the nearest quarry to go on shooting ranges.
