Sean Jeffrey Foster is a 53-year-old man from Waco, Texas who molested 13-year-old Madalyn Moore.
Foster was formerly the best friend of Madalyn's father, Brandon Moore. He was a single man who was the next-door neighbor of her family. He initially had the Moores' trust, being the "nice neighbor" that would pick his kids up from school. However, his intentions started to unfold when he started touching Moore out of playfulness. Moore cited that Foster's molestation was so bad she would often come to school in physical pain from his indecent behavior with her.
Eventually, Foster started to get desperate, bribing Madalyn with money to work at his pool company and inviting her to do drugs with him. Brandon Moore, who was also a sexual assault survivor, hatched a trap to catch Foster red-handed, where he texted from Madalyn's phone using a teenage-girl linguistic to fool Foster into coming for her. He would later hide in Foster's bathroom knowing that Foster planned to rape Madalyn in his bathroom. Brandon had his wife, Leone Moore, take part in calling the police when Brandon busted Foster. Eventually, Foster was caught red-handed, was tackled by Brandon, and was arrested after Leone called the authorities on him. The entire time audio was recorded on Brandon's phone as evidence that Foster was indeed praying on his daughter.
Foster was eventually busted by Moore and was sentenced to 55 years in prison on charges related to underage rape.
