Oscar Salazar (c.1991 - 2022) is an Mexican man who was responsible for killing the 26-year old Byanca Cruz Tovar, whom he had a relationship with since 2016, and had two kids with her, with them being 5-years old and 2-years old, whom Oscar had also killed. He ended up killing himself after killing his wife and children.
