Villains from Latin America, a linguistic/cultural region that consists of romance-speaking countries (Spanish, French, and Portuguese) in the Americas, which consists of Most of Central & South America, as well as Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

Note: While there are countries south of the United States that speak English or Dutch, (ex: Jamaica, Suriname, Belize, etc.), these aren’t considered Latin America, since Latin America only includes countries in the Americas that speak Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
