A mastermind uses his or her exceptional intelligence and mastery in strategy to manipulate others, orchestrate master plans, and are never caught off guard by their opponents. These villains rarely, if ever, actually face justice, mainly because of their ability to evade it.

This category should NEVER overlap with the Dimwits category as they are the complete opposite.
