June 10 - Singer-songwriter Christina Grimmie is murdered after a concert in Orlando, Florida by obsessed fan Kevin Loibl, who commits suicide after being attacked by Grimmie's brother Mark, who had also been present.
June 12 - Omar Mateen perpetrates the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida, killing 49 people and injuring 53 others.
June 16 - British MP Jo Cox is murdered in Birstall, West Yorkshire by right-wing extremist Thomas Mair.
