Psychopaths are people who have Antisocial Personality Disorder, exhibits extreme narcissism and short tempered.

They can come from decent families or society, but just with the feeling that they need to commit crimes to feel good.

They are extremely good liars and manipulators. As psychopaths are normally impulsive, the law tends to catch up on them faster, as opposed to people with sociopathy.
