Considered to be the worst of all moral alignments, are villains of the Chaotic Evil alignment, also known as the "Destroyer" alignment they are villains who utilize recklessness and utter chaos in their villainy; they are often sadistic, psychopathic, cold and heartless or extremists with the goal of killing or abusing as many as possible.

Chaotic Evil is often associated with thrill killers, lone-wolf terrorists, mass murderers, among others. Villainous actions such as harassment, rape, and mass murder often qualify.
